Each job is individual, however on average it takes 10-12 weeks from the build teams first day on site to the final finished product.
We supply a fully qualified Plumber and Electrician – both are included in our quote.
After your initial consultation with your loft specialist, you will be supplied with a full detailed quote including your plans.
You will only need to be present on the job start date, to meet your build team and allow them to set up electricity access.
We require a measurement of approximately 2.4 metres to create a legal loft conversion. This measurement is taken from the top of the floor joists to the apex (highest point on the roof.)
