L shape dormer
L shape dormer to the rear with a grey tile and grey soffit and facia to finish off round the outsides
A double wind Stair case going above existing staircase to maximise space on for the first floor leading to the loft
A single wind stair case leading up towards the new loft rooms
Flat roof dormer with a different finish to the outside with composite or anthracite cladding boards
Ensuite in the loft to suit the pitch of the roof while still making use of the space in a velux conversion
Velux conversions to add a simple bedroom upstairs while achieving storage space in the eves
